Sports and exercise have always been a big part of my life, but I also struggled with depression for years and my weight would often balloon.
There was a point in my life where medication was the only “help” I knew. Well, in my case, that wasn’t correct. EXERCISE WAS MY ONLY WAY OUT.
That’s when I decided I wanted to study and understand the human body and become a personal trainer, so I can help others too!
I’ve since gone on to complete long-distance runs, open water swims, I’ve tried my hand at triathlons, I’ve completed obstacle course races, and competed and podiumed in Crossfit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu comps.
I now focus on training with functional movements as it not only builds muscle and burns fat, it also improves your strength and fitness in your day to day life.
By simply adding resistance to everyday movements you can achieve your fitness goals.
My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout.
