Well dust them off because it’s time to get Ripped With Resistance Bands!
We’re doing upper body and lower body splits, so you can let your muscles recover and still do workout every day. We’ll be focusing on building both strength and size in our muscles. All while training whenever and wherever you want!
As well as being split into upper body and lower body, we’ll also be changing up the intensity of the workouts over the week. We’ll start the week focusing on building strength with slow controlled movements.
And we’ll finish the week slowly down the eccentric phase of the exercise. So controlled up, slow back down. This little technique will burn the muscles out faster forcing them to grow back bigger and stronger!
