What You Need

Resistance Bands Are A Proven Muscle Builders!

To build muscle they need resistance. And sure, lifting weights is a good way to do this
But resistance bands keep tension on the muscle for longer.
 More time under tension = Greater fatigue are also safer as the tension builds the further you push through the movement.

Resistance Bands Are Safer For Your Joints

Unlike free weights, resistance bands increase in load the further you pull them. How is this safer for your joints? Your joints are typically at their weakest at the start of an exercise and become more stable as you move through.

Resistance bands are also at the least resistance at the start of the movement. So they get heavier as you get stronger.
